To Opened Heart (ACa) Intensive Course Madrid

Luchy López calls FlowDynamics to the referential framework in which she bases her work and way of living. In it she establishes two investigation axes: vertical and horizontal, two ways of behavior: the no-complaining and the rational mirror. Two movements: introspective and expressive. And the passion for a vital dance between two polarities: masculine and feminine.

To Opened Heart, ACa, is an individual journey experienced within a group and it´s developed through conscious-body movement, sensorial memory and pause. It is a propose opened to both men and women and it uses, as an essential part of the dance and ritual, a long flared skirt.

Intensive Course FlowDynamics

From August 29th up to September 3rd

The purpose of this intensive course is to offer the opportunity to experience the process to people that have interest in the changes that it may bring to their lives, or to people that wish to take the ACa (To Opened Heart) instructor course, for which is essential to go through the whole cycle (in any of its modalities).

The format differs from the others because it includes a processing space called “verb and silence” that will help you to keep moving through the propose.
Those who have pendent different modules can complete the cycle or repeat it.

The experience invites you to a new way of observing your reality by offering a change in your perspective in order to transform it.

A clear framework of individual quest within a group is offered to you to unfold different inner realities in the hall.
There a part of the transformation is developed through what we call “playing seriously”, a holographic invisible reality.

In our daily basis our experience counts with two different realities, firstly the immediate and after the one that origins from the memory of it.
The way in which “I remember” is somehow related to my conception of the reality.

When I realize of how easily changed is the event I experienced depending on the prism I interpret it through, I abandon “being right”, an attitude that clings me to a small perspective, and from then on new ways of internal communication and with the surroundings are discovered.

When I discover this and decide to give it a chance, I can start training a more curious and exquisite way of looking in order to develop the Human Being that I am.

From then on a whole new universe of options is opened in front of me and with it the possibility of living in constant celebration.

This propose can be a revulsive that puts you in the hurricane´s eye of the live you are living.

When you come back to the daily basis, you can train going to the centre you once discovered and therefore keep conquering a serenity and strength you might have not known you had.
